The Papaw Cartel (TPC), Mumbai's first boutique specialising in contemporary pet clothing and accessories, approached us with a key challenge: they had an ambitious vision but lacked a cohesive identity and content strategy to communicate it effectively.
To address the challenges, we developed a cohesive design language that clearly reflects the brand’s core values. We formulated compelling storytelling and messaging strategies to create a stronger emotional connection with the audience. The brand message was clarified and revitalized to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, we implemented a robust content strategy aligned with the brand persona to drive engagement and maintain a unified presence.
We took up a new approach and outlook for the brand in terms of demonstration in the form of emotional storytelling that helps in creating curiosity and interest of the audience, and eventually helps in creating business value through relatability and emotional currency. We strived to enhance the bond that exists between humans and their dogs.
Our comprehensive approach included dynamic content strategies, collaborations with influencers and celebs like Ananya Pandey for Drools India and targeted online giveaways, all designed to amplify TPC’s digital presence.
