PIMS Multi Super-Speciality Hospital set out to bring tier-1 healthcare standards to Udaipur — and our role was to shape an experience that matched that ambition. We spent days on-site, mapping the full patient journey and identifying every touchpoint, from the entrance to consultation areas, to understand how the brand should feel, guide, and reassure patients at every step.
The challenge was to create a balance — warm and premium, without crossing into clinical or overly luxurious. The identity system we built had to hold that balance across every touchpoint, not just the physical space. Alongside the in-hospital design language, we created the full brand ecosystem - brochure, stationery, hoardings, marketing assets, motion graphics, and more. Everything followed one consistent narrative: a brand that is modern, warm, and trustworthy, no matter where the patient meets it.
A key decision from day one was to step away from typical hospital materials. No vinyl boards, no paper posters. Instead, we worked with backlit glass panels, laser-cut metal details, and gold-silver accents that felt refined without being intimidating. Lighting, placement, digital standees and banners, wayfinding, and metal wall art installations were all designed to blend seamlessly with the architecture. From staircase messages like “Your journey to healing starts here” to abstract art around OPD corridors, every detail served a purpose.
The result is a complete brand system that goes beyond identity design. It established how PIMS speaks, looks, and behaves—online and offline. The colours, the tone, the visuals, the installations, the digital presence, and the patient-flow cues all work together to build trust. PIMS now carries a cohesive brand experience that feels intentional, empathetic, and premium across every single channel, making patients feel they’re in capable hands before they even meet a doctor.
